Terms and Conditions

All children are to be collected no later than their booked collection time. A penalty may apply to late pickup as per our fees policy.

Fees must be kept up to date or paid in advance. Failure to do so may result in the child/ren being stood down from the programme until full payment is made.

Only persons appropriately identified as authorised contacts will be permitted to collect a child unless the Programme Manager has been advised otherwise in advance, preferably in person.

Absences

Before School Programme: The Manager must be notified if a child will not be attending on a booked day before 7am. Please text 027 621 9878 (There is no absence fee and you will be charged the normal daily fee.)

After School Programme: The Manager must be notified if a child will not be attending on a booked day before 12noon. Please text 027 621 9878 (There is no absence fee and you will be charged the normal daily fee.) If you have booked your child in and then you need to cancel, then we require one weeks notice to enable a full refund.

Holiday Programme: Please advise Play Dates by texting 027 621 9878 before 7am.  (There is no absence fee and you will be charged the normal daily fee.)

Cancellations

If a booking needs to be cancelled, one week’s notice is required (unless otherwise arranged with the Programme Manager) for any refund to be considered.

When applying for WINZ subsidies, it is the parent/caregiver’s responsibility to pay programme fees until authorisation from WINZ has been received. Any eligible payments will then be refunded from the date WINZ payments commence.

Any disagreement regarding fees is to be addressed directly with the Programme Manager.

The Programme Manager must be advised immediately of any changes to details contained within the enrolment form.

The Programme Manager must also be advised of any situation that may be upsetting or disturbing to the child/ren.

During the school holidays, we will have local high school students completing work experience placements with us as part of their school learning programmes. These students will assist with activities and day-to-day programme support under the direct supervision of our qualified staff members. Work experience students will not be left unsupervised with children and will not undertake any responsibilities outside of their placement requirements. All students will be expected to follow our policies and procedures, including our health and safety and child protection policies.
